Have been reading you on and off for a few years now. I’ve used “my” version of what I call your “affirmation” technique. 2+ years later I’m still enjoying the incredible man that came into my life. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it!

The myth about affirmations is that they’re strictly the province of dreamers, but they change lives. And you’re right, they’re not always easy. They take a willingness to concentrate and believe you’ve reached a goal (in this case, a wonderful relationship) when you have absolutely no evidence whatsoever to support that.
Hi Terry…. I’ve just discovered your blog and its been really informative to me…It’s been really therapeutic to read through your insights and know that I’m not alone. I’ve just gone through a break up and I’m still quite raw from it and reading your blog helps tremendously.
I’ve also noticed that you have a book published and noticed that previously on Single Woman Rule, there was a mark down on the book, but unfortunately I missed it:( I would really love to purchase it but since I’m from Malaysia, the conversion rate would be quite steep thus I was wondering whether there would be any further mark downs for me to purchase this. If there isn’t any in the near future… I wouldn’t mind purchasing it at its current price, just thought I could try my luck
